Does anybody know where I can get a copy of the 3rd episode of Firefly that was shown on the SciFi Channel on Friday August 5?

My computer didn't record when it was supposed to do! *thumps the side in frustration*

So, I just managed to catch the Surreal Life today. I hate reality shows but VH1 showed a marathon one day and I got totally sucked in.

*bangs head repeatedly against desk*

Sometimes though, the things that I hear them say really make me laugh.

For example, on today's episode, Janice Dickerson just said "I have no thought process".

*shakes head*

Somewhere on my F-list, I saw some discussion of celebrity heights (and the inaccuracies thereof on IMDB. It came to mind as I was surfing today, so I tried looking for another source and found this...

Pretty fun! Found out that Viggo Mortensen, Sean Bean, and Orlando Bloom are all exactly the same height. Guess I just didn't really think about it before.

I just found resonant8's Pseudonym Poll and am fascinated by everyone's name and the stories behind them.

I got my pseud, slasher, from my husband, long before either one of us had heard of a thing called slash. When I actually did run headlong into fandom, it seemed all too appropriate. I ended up with slashaddict because of the usual 'someone else had my name already' story.

Well, I decided that I needed to join LiveJournal. There is too much good fanfiction out there that only gets posted on LJ in protected journals. Hopefully, I can make some friends and get to read some great fic while I'm at it. <g>

My most recent guilty pleasure is Bana/Bloom fic. Check out this LJ Community banabloom . I never thought I would get into reading RPS but the writers in this community have dragged me in, kicking and screaming.
